Eva La Rue was born and raised in California and put her remarkable beauty to good use as a model for Frederick's of Hollywood. She got into acting in the late 1980s, and, by 1993, had landed the role on All My Children (as Dr. Maria Santos Grey) that she would play for the better part of the last decade.
Eva still managed to enjoy a dual career as a TV host, on such shows as Candid Camera, The World's Funniest Videos and Extra!. In addition, she appeared in movies like RoboCop 3 and A Dream Is a Wish Your Heart Makes: The Annette Funicello Story. Since 2005, Eva has played the role of Natalia Boa Vista on ''CSI: Miami''.
